The Welby Group is seeking a qualified dispenser to join their supportive team at dispensaries located in Bottesford, Harlaxton, and Waltham in Nottingham. The role involves preparing and dispensing medications accurately, managing prescriptions, maintaining patient records confidentially, and effectively communicating with patients and healthcare professionals. The dispenser will also be responsible for managing pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, receiving stock, and conducting audits.

Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 Dispensary Qualification, a can-do attitude, strong customer skills, and IT literacy, with experience in SystmOne being desirable. Additionally, a driver’s license and own transport are required due to travel between sites. The position offers flexibility in working hours, with up to 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to a clean and efficient working environment.
