The role of Community Dietitian at Chippenham Hospital/Wilton Health Centre with Wiltshire Health and Care LLP involves providing clinical support to adult patients with various health conditions. The position requires an experienced, self-motivated dietitian to work in multi-disciplinary teams across outpatient clinics, care homes, community hospital wards, and in patients' homes. Additional responsibilities include developing the Community Dietetic Service and supporting less experienced staff, with a specific focus on complex nutritional issues and potentially specializing in areas such as learning disabilities or home enteral feeding.
