NCFE is seeking a Moderator for the T Level Technical Qualification in Health to join their External Quality Assurance team in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a flexible worker contract. The role involves overseeing the assessment processes at educational centers, ensuring that student work is evaluated correctly and meets required standards. The Moderator will complete reports within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the moderation window from April 16 to May 30, 2025, and will participate in standardisation meetings, oversee moderation activities, and collect evidence to support quality assurance efforts.
Key responsibilities include moderating center marking in line with quality guidelines, planning moderation activities according to NCFE requirements, and conducting timely assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure the quality and consistency of assessments while also demonstrating continuous professional development in the subject area.

T Level Technical Qualification in Health
The purpose of moderation is to check that centres are correctly and consistently assessing student work and that the materials submitted for moderation meet the required standard.
As a Moderator, you will be expected to complete moderation activities, completing reports within specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to a high standard during our moderation window which begins on 16 April 2025 and ends on 30 May 2025.
