The Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Perinatal Infant Mental Health Lead Health Visitor for the West Kent locality, specifically covering Tonbridge and Malling, Maidstone, and Tunbridge Wells. This role involves providing expert clinical leadership in perinatal and infant mental health, developing and implementing comprehensive care pathways, policies, and procedures to support the mental health needs of women, infants, and families during the perinatal period. The Lead Health Visitor will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, offer training, support early identification of mental health issues, and enhance parent-infant relationships through evidence-based interventions and public health initiatives.

In this position, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery across the health visiting service, contributing to the professional development of staff, and fostering partnerships with external organisations.
