The East London NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Band 5 Community Nurse to join their Mid Bedfordshire Primary Home Care Team at Ampthill Health Centre. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified nurses to enhance their skills in community nursing, focusing on patient self-care, health promotion, and participation in projects aimed at improving service delivery and staff wellbeing. The position includes involvement in Urgent Response and Virtual Wards, with a supportive preceptorship available for those early in their careers.

Candidates should possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle, as the role requires travel for patient care. The working hours involve a shift pattern covering 7 days a week from 08:00 to 21:00. Experience in adult community services is desirable, but a commitment to learning and contributing to the team is highly valued.
