The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapy Practitioner to join their newly established adolescent Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Austen House in Southampton. This role requires a resilient, compassionate, and dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering care to young people during vulnerable times. As part of an inclusive team, the practitioner will manage a caseload of adolescents with complex needs, utilizing evidence-based, client-centered approaches to assess and implement therapeutic interventions, while also contributing to the development and evaluation of occupational therapy services within the unit.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role includes supervising occupational therapy students and engaging in continual professional development through relevant training.
