Working as an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of an inclusive and supportive team that will work together to provide care to for adolescents admitted to our PICU service. We are looking for passionate, dedicated and highly motivated individual to be part of our person focused team at Tatchbury Mount. You will act as a positive role model who delivers the philosophy of the unit and the values of the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested and committed to delivering excellent care within a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
To manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
To participate in the planning, development and evaluation of the occupational therapy services within a designated area / team.
To regularly supervise occupational therapy students on practice placement.
To develop skills and knowledge through participation in relevant training & learning opportunities.
