The role of Neonatal Community Outreach Sister/Charge Nurse at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust involves providing high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to infants and their families within the Neonatal Community Outreach Team (NCOT). Candidates are expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. As a senior member of the Neonatal Team, the nurse will offer support and leadership, uphold standards of practice as outlined by the NMC Code of Conduct, and participate in establishing care standards for performance evaluation.

The position requires a registered nurse with a full driving license and access to a vehicle, and involves working within a 7-day service. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of record keeping, promoting effective inter-agency communication, and acting as a role model to ensure safe, evidence-based practices.
