The Assistant Call Centre Manager at Shropshire Doctors Co-operative Limited (‘Shropdoc’) in Shrewsbury will support the Call Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Call Centre, ensuring the efficient delivery of clinical services. This role involves crisis management, administrative support for non-clinical rosters, and participation in recruitment and training activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, organisational skills, and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work.

In addition to managing staffing and rota compliance, the Assistant Call Centre Manager will be responsible for improving processes, ensuring employee training and onboarding, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
