iPP Analytics Limited is seeking Phlebotomists to join their teams across various locations in South Essex, including Basildon and Thurrock University Hospital and Southend University Hospital. The role involves taking blood samples from patients for pathology services, requiring excellent communication skills and a caring demeanor. Applicants should be able to work full-time, including weekends and bank holidays, possess a full driving license, and have access to a vehicle for travel to community clinics. While prior phlebotomy experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided, candidates must demonstrate a professional attitude and willingness to work in a team.

Phlebotomists will be responsible for following protocols during blood collection, maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring accurate handling of patient information, and providing basic life support if necessary. Participation in ongoing training is essential for skill proficiency in venepuncture. Key qualifications include five GCSEs or equivalent, good communication skills, and a caring nature.
