Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Clinical/Practitioner Psychologist to join the Family Intervention Team in Caerphilly. This role focuses on providing psychological support to children aged 3-16 and their families, aiming to address emerging needs and prevent the escalation of difficulties. The successful candidate will lead clinical practices, supervise Family Support Practitioners, and engage in audit and research projects to enhance service effectiveness. Collaboration with a supportive team of experienced psychologists is emphasized, fostering professional development in a rich cultural environment. This position is available as either a developmental role (band 7-8A) or an 8A post based on experience, with a fixed-term contract until March 2026, pending future funding.
