The Band 6 Foundation Pharmacist position at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT involves providing clinical pharmacy services primarily in Elderly Care at Moseley Hall Hospital and West Heath Hospital. This full-time role emphasises medicines optimisation and patient safety, with responsibilities including dispensing and checking prescriptions, formulating patient care plans, and participating in multidisciplinary ward rounds.
