We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our Mental Health team at HMP Winchester, a
category

B

Prison located in

Winchester, Hampshire.

In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality. 

The working hours are: Monday Friday (with an expectation to cover occasional weekends).

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to
 £57,603

 
per annum - depending on experience.

As a Substance Misuse Lead your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Coach, line manage and develop clinician staff
  • Work closely with partners to maintain a high quality clinical service for patients
  • Lead and support team with safeguarding
  • Support the process of patent concerns

You will also provide clinical expertise and expert advice for primary care services throughout the prison to drive up clinical performance.


Deliver

Lead the team to deliver, non-judgemental care that is safe, high quality, patient centred whilst meeting CQC requirements, following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.


Inspire
