The Children's Trust in Tadworth is seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, Band 7, to join their School Therapy Team. The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children and young people with neurodisabilities and developmental concerns. The therapist will provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and offer clinical leadership while working closely within a multidisciplinary framework. This includes supporting communication needs, managing eating and drinking challenges, and collaborating with families and various stakeholders to ensure integrated care and effective service delivery.

Candidates should possess experience in complex environments and demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities may also include leading team initiatives, supervising junior staff, conducting clinical audits, and actively contributing to service development and quality improvement.
