Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated Care & Support Worker for their specialist residential service, Norcott House, in Liversedge, West Yorkshire. The role involves working full-time, with 12-hour shifts including every other weekend, to provide outcome-focused care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Support Workers will engage in person-centred planning, offer physical and emotional guidance, assist with medical and welfare needs, and maintain a safe environment.
