The Operations Support Administrator at Chime Social Enterprise CIC in Exeter serves as the initial point of contact for patients accessing audiology services both in-person and digitally, including phone and email communications. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing incoming referrals, booking appointments, handling waiting lists, and assisting patients with medically-related inquiries. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team, utilizing excellent data entry and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations across two hospital sites.

The position requires working full-time hours, including occasional Saturdays, and involves direct communication with patients, some of whom may have severe hearing difficulties, necessitating the use of various communication methods. The role emphasises the importance of patient care and efficient service delivery in a busy healthcare environment, as the administrator will also support the Operations Support Manager and clinicians by ensuring timely responses and assistance for patient needs.
