EATING DISORDER MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practitioner in Eating Disorders to join its multi-award-winning CYP Eating Disorders Team in Radlett. This role is integral to the development of an intensive day service aimed at reducing hospital admissions while providing evidence-based treatment, therapeutic input, and meal support to young people and their families. The successful candidate will hold a nursing qualification and possess extensive experience in delivering evidence-based care for eating disorders within a multidisciplinary team environment. Responsibilities include providing specialist assessments, direct clinical interventions, and supervision of team members, alongside clinical and management support.

The Advanced Practitioner will work collaboratively with a range of professionals, including Pediatricians, dieticians, and educational staff, to develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of children and adolescents with eating disorders. The post-holder will also engage in research, audits, and service development initiatives, benefiting from regular supervision, professional development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a leading mental health and eating disorders service recognized for its excellence in quality care.
