Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two compassionate and motivated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses to join their inpatient team at HMP Swaleside in Kent. The role involves delivering comprehensive mental and physical health care within a multidisciplinary team, promoting health and well-being for inmates and supporting their resettlement into the community. Candidates will work under the guidance of senior staff to provide evidence-based care, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective communication with community health services.
