Afternoon registration: 12:30 - 13:15 pm(We wont accept candidates for the afternoon session after this time)

The event is an all day event. Candidates need to register for either the morning session / the afternoon session. Failure to register during the registration periods will mean inability to take part in interview.
We focus on a short-term treatment planning approach to manage patient care and maximise patient input into their care, to enable us to effectively and efficiently manage caseloads
We will help you identify your knowledge, skills and developmental needs, which will become part of your annual training plan.
You will work in a supportive team of passionate Podiatrists, interacting and collaborating with a wide range of health professionals and clinical specialties working with our service.
You will receive clinical and management supervision to support you in your induction and further development
In turn, you will use your clinical and management experience and skills to supervise staff and podiatry, medical and nursing students
You will undertake a rotation into Nail Surgery, MSK, High Risk Foot, Triage and other specialised clinics. We will support agreed training, which may include the Diabetic Foot Module.
There will be opportunities to participate in service development including QI projects
Responsible for assessment and treatment of a range ofpatients ensuring full patient/carer involvement and consent ingoal setting to develop individual treatment plans to meet theirpodiatric need. To undertake comprehensive yearly foot screening includingassessment of neurological, vascular and biomechanicalstatus enabling risk status to be determined using appropriatecare pathway. Following assessment, refer the patient to appropriatespecialist services as required Responsible for evaluating outcomes and develop treatmentappropriately.
