We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. Our client has Cornelia de Lange Syndrome and is looking for someone to aid with their aspects of daily living - this will include diet supervision and emotional companionship.
You will be a part of a team delivering 24/7 care - you will be responsible for delivering 1 x 12 hour day shift per week and 1 x 24 hour shift (waking day and sleeping night). This will be on a rolling rota basis and will change with the needs of the entire team and one of these shifts will be on the weekend. Key responsibilities include engaging with personalised routines, assisting with care programme, household cleaning, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members.
