The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Children & Young Person Support Time & Recovery (STR) Worker to join their Hampshire Liaison and Diversion team in Basingstoke. This role focuses on supporting service users, particularly children and young people, as they navigate through the criminal justice system, including police custody, courts, and community settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving health outcomes, build relationships with service users and their families, and provide tailored support in areas such as housing, education, and mental well-being.

Candidates should possess an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have access to a vehicle for travel across Hampshire. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, emphasizing autonomy and the ability to manage one's workload effectively.
