The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a full-time Patient Pathway Administrator for the Spinal Surgery team, working primarily at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and John Radcliffe Hospital. This role involves providing high-quality clinical administration support, managing the patient pathway in compliance with Elective Access policy, and ensuring adherence to 18-week referral to treatment (RTT) targets. The administrator will serve as a key contact for consultants and clinical teams, support patient interactions, and maintain accurate electronic patient records.

Candidates should be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries, managing correspondence, coordinating outpatient clinics and theatre bookings, and supporting colleagues during absences. The position requires a commitment to patient confidentiality and efficiency in administrative processes to enhance patient care and service continuity.
