The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and dynamic Deputy Team Leader for Gynaecology theatres. The role requires a qualified Theatre Practitioner with strong clinical and leadership skills, preferably with experience in gynaecology, though this is not essential. The successful candidate will support the existing team and Team Leader in enhancing elective services, demonstrate high levels of clinical competence, and engage in service improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing and supporting a team of practitioners, ensuring high-quality patient care, and adhering to trust policies. The ideal applicant should exhibit excellent time management, organisational skills, and a flexible work attitude, as well as a commitment to developing leadership capabilities and contributing to change management within the department.
