The role of "CBT Therapist - Long Term Conditions" at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust in Chichester is seeking an experienced and compassionate therapist to provide maternity cover on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position involves delivering short-term Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues linked to long-term health conditions. The clinic emphasises flexible working hours to accommodate therapists’ personal commitments and promotes staff well-being and professional development through various initiatives, including comprehensive induction, ongoing supervision, and training opportunities.

As part of the NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies team, which is recognized for its high standards in improving patient outcomes, the therapist will work collaboratively with physical healthcare teams and conduct six-month post-discharge reviews.
