Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Practitioner/Research Nurse to join their clinical research unit at Hammersmith Hospital. The role focuses on non-malignant haematology research, involving interventional and non-interventional studies. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality research delivery while collaborating with the clinical and multi-disciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include assessing patient care pathways, aiding patient selection and recruitment, and maintaining study documentation, all while safeguarding participant well-being and adhering to ICH Good Clinical Practice standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of complex scientific protocols, and the ability to work autonomously with mature leadership qualities. Previous NHS experience is essential, along with strong organisational skills to plan and prioritize work effectively within a collaborative environment.
