The Simulation Team Administrator at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in Eastbourne will perform a variety of administrative and technical tasks to support the Human Factors and Simulation team. Key responsibilities include providing secretariat support to the Simulation and Human Factors Manager, managing bookings for training courses, and maintaining the services database. The role requires developing a customer service focus, assisting with mobilisation efforts, and supporting the provision of Simulation Technical Services. The administrator will manage their own workload and coordinate meetings, handle enquiries from visitors to the Simulation center, and maintain communication effectively. They will also assist during training sessions by providing materials and collating attendance and evaluations. Professionalism and confidentiality are essential, especially during patient interactions.
