The NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a self-motivated People and Workforce Manager to lead the management and oversight of workforce development and transformation programmes. This pivotal role, available at band 7 with potential progression to band 8a, involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to implement workforce redesign initiatives aligned with the BSW People/Workforce Plan as well as regional and national strategies. Key responsibilities include managing workforce priorities, offering specialist advice on projects, and overseeing budgets for various workforce programmes.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, extensive knowledge of health and social care workforce development, and experience in working with educational institutions. Strong communication skills, budget management abilities, and experience in handling sensitive political environments are essential for success in this role. The selection process includes an interview and presentation scheduled for March 5, 2025. Note that the organisation does not hold a sponsorship licence, so only individuals not requiring sponsorship will be considered.
