The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior RPA Developer for a permanent position in Worthing, offering 37.5 hours per week. This role is pivotal in advancing the Trust's RPA initiatives following the successful implementation of the Blue Prism cloud platform. The Senior RPA Developer will design and create RPA solutions, integrating them with existing systems to enhance efficiencies and improve patient experiences while aligning with the Trust's strategic goals.

As a subject matter expert in RPA, the successful candidate will provide training and support to team members, engage in the full automation development lifecycle, and manage the day-to-day operations of the RPA platform. Responsibilities include devising new automation applications, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions, overseeing process schedules and reporting, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain system integrity. The role is crucial for the successful scaling and operational management of RPA processes within the Trust.
