The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist or Psychological Therapist to join their North West Integrated Community Pathways Service (ICPS). This role encompasses a combination of 0.6 WTE permanent and 0.4 WTE fixed-term positions, focusing on providing psychological support under the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway. The post holder will work with individuals with complex personality disorders and serious offending histories, aiming to facilitate their management and engagement within the community. Responsibilities include delivering assessments, formulating risk management plans, conducting therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with various agencies like the National Probation Service and Community Mental Health Teams.

The position also involves supervising junior staff, contributing to multiagency meetings, and engaging in research and service development activities. Key duties include providing specialized training to probation officers and delivering psychological input in various settings, ensuring high standards of clinical record-keeping, and implementing the OPD pathway across local delivery units.
