East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Practitioner/Associate Practitioner/Trainee Breast Screening candidate to join their multidisciplinary team within the Cheshire & Stockport Breast Screening Programme. Ideal applicants should possess a Level 4 mammography associate qualification or equivalent, along with Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. The role involves providing high-quality mammography services under the supervision of qualified staff, assisting with both screening and symptomatic services at the Macclesfield Breast Screening Centre and mobile sites, requiring a flexible working schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Candidates must demonstrate experience and strong communication skills, possess knowledge of the NHS Breast Screening Programme, and must have resided in the UK or EU for the past three years. The position is restricted to female applicants due to a genuine occupational qualification. Salary is aligned with Annex 21, and upon qualification, candidates will move to full band 4 pay.
