The Welsh Blood Service is seeking a Validation Technical Lead to join their Validation team on a fixed term or secondment basis until March 31, 2026. The role focuses on supporting and managing the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) processes for cloud-based systems related to the implementation of a new Blood Establishment Computer System (BECS). The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of CSV, experience in a GMP or similar quality environment, and strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include providing expert advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

The Validation Technical Lead will work closely with the Head of Validation & Risk Management and senior leadership to align the CSV practices with the 5-year strategic objectives of the WBS.
