With our Ofsted rating of "Good" for the Health Care Support Worker apprenticeship programme, you’ll help us maintain excellence while guiding aspiring caregivers through their educational journeys. Your role will play a crucial part in delivering the Trust's People Strategy and our 'Grow your own' initiative—empowering individuals to step into fulfilling careers in healthcare.

As a key figure in our Widening Participation Team, you’ll create inclusive pathways for learners, providing vital support through coaching, assessment, and tailored training programmes in a clinical setting. We're looking for someone with a Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement qualification and a passion for uplifting others. In this role, you'll not only assess and mentor apprentices but also shape their futures, ensuring they acquire the skills they need to succeed.
