Care Plus Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Employability department at the Val Waterhouse Centre in Grimsby, working 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the service, which focuses on helping unemployed individuals achieve sustainable employment through various initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing computer tasks, handling phone inquiries, transcribing complex minutes, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document preparation is essential.
