Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Melton Adult Community Mental Health Team. This role involves assessing new referrals, managing a caseload of service users, and providing low-level psychological interventions while coordinating care with other professionals under the Care Programme Approach. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and engage in medication management, physical health monitoring, and health promotion activities.

The successful applicant will be part of a supportive and dynamic team that values ongoing development and reflective practice. They will work flexibly within both a team base and clients' homes, contributing to a transformative approach in mental health care. The position also includes providing educational support to nursing students and junior colleagues, with an emphasis on client safeguarding and dynamic risk assessment.
