The Lead Nurse at Change Grow Live (CGL) in Hendon is a pivotal role within the multidisciplinary team, focusing on supporting individuals facing complex health issues related to substance use. Responsibilities include providing clinical and managerial supervision to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in line with national guidelines and CGL policies, and fostering the professional development of the nursing team.
