The Head of Workforce Transformation & Planning at Pennine Care NHS FT in Ashton Under Lyne is a strategic leadership position focused on enhancing healthcare delivery through effective workforce planning and transformation. This role will spearhead the development of comprehensive workforce plans that align with the Trust's vision and national healthcare initiatives, ensuring the organisation is equipped with a skilled workforce to tackle future challenges. The postholder will lead workforce transformation and development programmes, collaborate with senior Workforce & OD professionals, and provide vital workforce expertise for major projects, including the New Hospital Programme.

Additionally, the role involves creating a fully costed workforce plan and monitoring its implementation, as well as fostering strong relationships and providing expert HR advice to ensure strategic alignment across various initiatives. The Head of Workforce Transformation & Planning will be instrumental in enhancing workforce planning capacity among HR colleagues and senior managers, utilizing best practices and innovative thinking to address the evolving needs of healthcare.
