We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team on a
Bank
basis. Working hours to cover annual leave or sickness allowing you to work around your current commitments. Our Pharmacy opens Monday to Saturday from 08:30am - 16:30pm (5 day working week, Saturdays on rotation)

You will be expected to support the provision of pharmacy services for all patients at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton. This will include ensuring that prescribing and administering of medication adheres to best evidence and practice, providing coordinated medicine information to patients as part of the discharge planning process as well as post-discharge care to patients.
