In this pivotal role, you will assess and respond to the health needs of Looked After Children, both in their placements and clinic settings. You'll work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that the health and wellbeing of these children are at the forefront of your care approach. Your expertise in communication and documentation will play a vital part in promoting statutory guidance and best practices. Plus, your ability to connect with children and their carers will help foster a supportive environment.
