The Neuroradiology Booking and Administration Clerk at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Middlesbrough will support the booking and management of patient imaging appointments in Neuroradiology. The role involves extensive communication with patients both over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate scheduling according to clinician instructions, and maintaining the integrity of patient data. Additionally, the clerk will assist in managing referrals, particularly those under the two-week rule, and may work at new Community Diagnostic Centres in Stockton and Redcar.

The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, performing routine administrative duties that support the service’s operational needs. Responsibilities include confirming demographic details for imaging requests, managing appointment notifications, and handling patient queries related to their appointments. Flexibility in taking on additional tasks as requested by the team leader is also essential.
