Do you enjoy working within a busy office or reception environment, where no two days are the same?
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to come and join our Warwickshire Cluster for 17.5 hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Your main unit will be Stratford Upon Avon, with the expectation to cover in Coventry and Nuneaton when required. A detailed shift pattern can be found in the further information section below.
You'll work as part of the team in carrying out administration tasks in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.
About You:
You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Further Information
Salary: £22,431 - £26,382 per annum pro rata (£11.98-£14.09p/h) - depending on skills/experience.
Mileage will be reimbursed at rate as determined by the BPAS Expenses policy in place at the time.
