We are seeking a Faculty Development and Learner Support (FDLS) Officer with strong organizational and communication skills to provide comprehensive administrative support. While this role primarily serves the Faculty and Learner Support team, it may also involve collaboration with the broader medical and dental workforce teams as needed. You will also need to be able to work with a range of diverse people at different levels and on a regular basis.
The FDLS Officer will perform a variety of administrative tasks across the FDLS team, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
As an integral team member, the FDLS Officer will help ensure the efficient delivery of multiple programs, including Professional Support and Well-being (PSW), Study Leave, SuppoRRT, Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and Faculty Development for resident doctors, as well as Specialty and Associate Specialist (SAS) and Locally Employed Doctors. This role also contributes to financial reporting processes across these portfolios.
