We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical, Counselling, or Health psychologist to lead and deliver essential psychological support for our colleagues. In partnership with our Trust-wide Staff Psychology Service, you’ll play a key role in shaping the psychological support strategy, promoting emotional resilience, and designing interventions that foster a culture of compassionate care.
