Job Summary:
The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Crisis Practitioner for their First Response (Crisis) team in Radlett, South West Hertfordshire. This role involves working in a supportive environment to provide a 24/7 crisis and acute home treatment service. Candidates should be mental health nurses, social workers, or occupational therapists with significant experience in managing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone crisis triage and face-to-face crisis assessments.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support in various settings.
  • Ensure appropriate care and treatment for service users post-assessment.
  • Provide intensive community support to avoid inpatient admissions where possible.
Requirements:
  • Clinical experience in mental health crisis intervention.
