The Northampton General Hospital is seeking a motivated and innovative individual for the position of Rotational Band 6 Occupational Therapist within its Therapy department. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop core and specialized clinical skills through six-month rotations across various areas, including Urgent Care, Acute Medicine, Elderly Care, Respiratory, Oncology, Surgical, and Stroke. Candidates will participate in service development, staff training, and supervision of junior staff while working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing an independent caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating specialized treatment programs, and collaborating with health professionals for effective patient care and discharge planning.
