As an experienced Health Care Assistant you will have pre-booked clinics to see patients of the practice. It is essential applicants have experience of taking blood, and measuring blood pressure, and would be advantageous if able to administer flu vaccines and B12 injections. Ideally with GP practice and preferably hold a Care Certificate within General Practice.
Days of work Wednesday Thursday and Friday.

You will be joining one GP Partner, two other regular locum GPs and a Practice Nurse. The practice is based in Winstanley, Wigan in a purpose built owned Health Centre and utilise SystmOne (TPP) Clinical system. You may be required to work on occasions in our other Practices in Burscough and Skelmersdale for training, meetings or absence cover.
