The Administrative Co-ordinator role at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is integral to the newly established Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (FIND) Community Team. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to clinical staff, facilitating smooth service coordination across three Trusts in the South London Partnership. Key responsibilities include managing referrals, maintaining electronic patient records, ensuring efficient communication within the team, and supporting various administrative functions such as meeting organisation and documentation.

The post-holder will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of quality care for individuals transitioning from inpatient settings to community support, while upholding Trust policies and maintaining high standards of confidentiality. Additionally, the role offers flexibility and is designed for 0.4 WTE, reflecting the Trust's commitment to agile working practices.
