Leighton Linslade Health Connections is seeking a full-time Health Care Practitioner to join their multi-disciplinary Primary Care Network (PCN) team in Leighton Buzzard. The role involves delivering minor illness clinics from 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential for part-time arrangements. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications, including a BSc in an approved Paramedics training program, a nursing degree, or a Master's degree in pharmacy, along with a postgraduate qualification in a related discipline. Experience in managing a caseload and skills in assessment and intervention are essential, along with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads, with an emphasis on patient care and flexibility. A full UK driving license is required, while a non-medical prescribing qualification and experience as a prescriber are preferred but not mandatory.
