The Senior Organisational Development Practitioner at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will play a pivotal role in enhancing organisational effectiveness and health across the Trust, particularly at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) and South Sites. This practitioner will be responsible for OD partnering, coaching, and mentoring, implementing interventions aligned with the Trust's BOLD strategy and People & Culture Plan. They will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams to foster a compassionate and inclusive culture, design impactful OD programs, and ensure that interventions meet clinical and operational needs.

In addition to leading the coaching and mentoring initiatives, the post holder will engage in ongoing evaluation and improvement of OD programs, support staff development, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for financial management related to OD offerings and contribute to achieving the Trust's strategic objectives while embodying the organisation's values of kindness, respect, and teamwork. Regular travel between the Denmark Hill Site and PRUH is required, making this a dynamic and engaging role crucial for the Trust's workforce development journey.
