If you are an enthusiastic and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor or School Nurse, we would like you to join our team. You will lead and line manage the HV and SN teams in one of Tameside's four Neighbourhoods. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient day to day delivery of the HCP to children, young people and families in the locality, supporting your staff to deliver excellent services.
As HCP Team Leader, you will work closely with the other HCP Team Leaders in the Trust, and report to the Clinical Service Lead - we are a friendly and supportive team.
