The Healthy Child Programme Team Leader (0-19 years) position at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is an opportunity for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor or School Nurse to lead and manage teams in the delivery of quality health services to children, young people, and families. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Healthy Child Programme within one of Tameside's four Neighbourhoods, promoting efficient practices, and providing professional and clinical leadership to ensure positive outcomes.

As a team leader, you will collaborate closely with other Healthy Child Programme Team Leaders and multi-agency partners to enhance service delivery and support your staff in providing excellent care. This position not only emphasises strong leadership and management skills but also requires effective communication and partnership-building to achieve the program's goals within the community.
