Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident Support Worker for a full-time position at Cygnet Broughton House in Brant Broughton. The role involves working 42 hours a week on a rolling rota, providing care for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors in a 29-bed specialist residential service. Support Workers are expected to offer enhanced physical and emotional care, assist with medical needs, ensure a safe environment, and promote the independence of service users.

We are looking for a confident Day Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Please note applicants must be a car driver due to location of the home.

Youll be working 42hours a week, 12 hour shifts from07.45 - 19.45 on a 2 week rolling rota, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton House.

Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
