Please note applicants must be a car driver due to location of the home.

Youll be working
42hours a week, 12 hour shifts from07.45 - 19.45 on a 2 week rolling rota
, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at
Broughton House.


Broughton House
is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
