The HCRG Care Group is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Ward Nurses to join the Sapphire Ward team at Gravesham Community Hospital in Gravesend. This role involves working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic patient care for individuals recovering from strokes or neurological conditions. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, while maintaining comprehensive patient records and fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.
